Hollowroot Journey

Hollowroot Journey is the calm one in our catalogue. It's an exploration adventure with almost no combat — you wander a hand-painted valley, solve light environmental puzzles and slowly piece together what happened to the place. Everything is handled with simple taps and swipes.

The atmosphere does the heavy lifting. Ambient sound, soft music and a day-night cycle make each area feel lived-in. Puzzles are logical and never cruel; the game would rather you enjoy the view than get stuck for an hour.

It's short, maybe five hours, but it leaves an impression. We'd recommend it for an evening when you want to unwind rather than be tested.
